Please note that 25m relay splits will no longer be included in the PB listing, the current form listings or the County ranking lists.

The only 50m relay splits that will be included in the PB listing, the current form listings or the County rankings list will be ‘First Leg Splits' as these are timed from a proper start.

It is felt it is unfair on swimmers to compare individual event times with relay splits as inevitably the relay splits are going to be faster as they are from a moving start. 25m relay split times are timed from the opposite end of the pool so even the first leg split cannot be accurately timed.

All relay splits, where taken, will still be included on the results sheets for information and will still be entered into the database.
