You do not enter the water without the coach and
lifeguard present on poolside and then only under the coaches permission

Swimmers should be on poolside in good time. Light
stretching is encouraged to reduce risk of injury

Equipment should be on poolside for the set. All senior
swimmers should have a drink to keep hydrated

Swimmers should ask to leave the water for toilet
breaks etc. Getting out during a set can often jeopardise the very point and
target the coach is trying to achieve with you.

Swimmers should do their best in all training sessions.
Those not perceived as trying or disrupting others will be asked to leave.

Pool rules must be adhered to for everyone's safety.

Respect other swimmers and their property

Medication should be brought to the attention of the
coach. Coaches can not administer.

The clubs reputation at gala's depends on you the
swimmers following these points. Club kit is available from the club shop,
you should all be prepared to wear it.

Bullying is not acceptable and will not be tolerated.
