We are asking all parents (and adult swimmers) to attend the AGM if at all possible:

You don’t have to be, or want to be, on the Committee to come to the AGM – Everyone is welcome - it’s an opportunity for everyone to support the club and find out more about how it’s run and what is happening in the future

The Committee always needs new members coming through from junior swimmers to replace those parents whose children have grown up and left the club;
clearly the club is at risk if it becomes over-reliant on the parents of senior swimmers 

The committee are ordinary parents - you don’t have to be a swimmer (hardly any of us are)

We welcome general members to the committee - you can be on the committee without having a specific post or role.
